What is Mindfulness again?
Mindfulness can be defined as state of being conscious or aware of something in the present moment without judgement.
Being mindful can result in being more relaxed, being more in tune with our needs and limitations, being aware of our emotions and reaction patterns, being more focused and productive as well as more loving, compassionate and grateful.
The workshops are suited for
beginners as well as participants with Mindfulness experience. Each workshop will be different, you will be guided through Mindfulness exercises that you can easily integrate into your daily life. We might also practise some relaxation exercises like
Yoga Nidra, for example.
